•Maintain HR documentation for compliance
•Monitor, track progress, communicate deadlines, and priorities of all projects
•Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents and reports as required
•Support document review and update processes including the proofing of HR documents, policies, statements and handbooks.
•Assist with Pre-Employment Processes (Coordinate candidate interviews, skills testing, and reference checks) and Employee Onboarding Process (Orientation)
•Support training compliance through audit of employee training and certification records, promptly identifying invalid certifications
•High attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to plan, prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision
•Strong oral and written communications skills
•Information and task monitoring abilities

•Solid judgment and problem-solving abilities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management or related course and in Co-Op or Summer Program
